KODD LABS — PRODUCT LABORATORY

We builddigitalsystems.

One loop: strategy, design, code, data. Sites and products that do the selling.

01 / SYS — A SYSTEM, NOT A VENDOR

We don't decorate businesses. We build their digital core: strategy, design, code and data work as one machine  it sells, explains and retains.

Kodd Labs is a lab that ships both client work and its own products. So we design like we'll have to live with the product, not just hand off a mockup — every decision gets tested on us first.

Flagship sites, SaaS interfaces, design systems, realtime backends, AI automation — one loop of accountability instead of five vendors pointing at each other.

02 / ASM — ASSEMBLY LINES

What comes out of the lab

Eight lines, one loop of accountability. Take a single line or the full cycle — from diagnosis to production.

A company's home page is both a storefront and a client filter. We build sites where the concept, scroll choreography and load speed all work toward one outcome: an inquiry from the right client.

What's inside

  • Concept and art direction
  • Design of every screen
  • Frontend on Next.js
  • Animation and WebGL scenes
  • SEO and analytics
Next.jsWebGLGSAPMotion

A product's interface is where a business either keeps a user or loses one. We design flows, states and edge cases down to the pixel, then take them all the way to working code.

What's inside

  • UX audit and flows
  • UI for every state
  • Interactive prototype
  • Frontend implementation

As a product grows, building every screen from scratch gets more expensive. We assemble a system: tokens, a component library, composition rules — in Figma and in code, in sync.

What's inside

  • Design tokens
  • Component library
  • Documentation
  • Storybook / code kit

We make visual systems built for digital environments: logic, not a pile of pictures. Type pairings, color systems, motion principles and usage rules.

React / Next.js, TypeScript, performance budgets, Core Web Vitals in the green. Complex animation that doesn't drop frames, and an architecture you can keep growing.

What's inside

  • Frontend architecture
  • UI implementation
  • Animation and 3D
  • Performance optimization
Next.jsTypeScriptThree.jsPerf

Go and TypeScript on the server, PostgreSQL, Cloudflare edge infrastructure. Realtime systems responding in under 100 ms — proven on our own products under live load.

  • API design
  • Realtime systems
  • Integrations and payments
  • Deploy and monitoring

We embed models into the product where they deliver measurable value: assistants, request processing, content generation, internal-process automation. No magic — just metrics.

What's inside

  • AI features in product
  • Internal assistants
  • Process automation
  • Quality evaluation
LLMAgentsPipelinesClaude

A discipline of its own at the studio: interactive scenes, generative graphics, shaders, physics. We use it where the effect amplifies meaning, and cut it where it gets in the way.

What's inside

  • WebGL / Canvas scenes
  • Scroll choreography
  • UI micro-animation
  • Generative systems

Products under load

LIVERealtime · Gaming

High Stakes

Problem
Fair realtime poker inside Telegram that doesn't lag at peak load and leaves cheaters no room.
System
Each table is a Durable Object on the edge: game state lives next to the player, one authoritative server per table, anti-cheat at the state level.
Outcome
Sub-100 ms response, horizontal scaling per table, fair play as a property of the architecture — not of moderation.

Tablo

Problem
Teams look at the same data through disconnected tables and exports — each one sees its own “truth”.
System
Composable dashboards over shared realtime pipelines: widget modules on a single data layer, assembled for a team in minutes.
Outcome
Realtime analytics, a single source of truth, and elastic compute that scales under load.

Claime

Problem
Insurance claims carry sensitive data: privacy has to be the default, not an option buried in settings.
System
AES-256 encryption at rest, a map of cases and territories, least-privilege access — security built into the architecture.
Outcome
Privacy is engineered into the system, not bolted on. Security by design as a product's competitive edge.

LeadHunter

Problem
Sales teams spend hours manually hunting contacts and end up with databases half-full of dead leads.
System
Realtime lead discovery and verification: the pipeline collects, checks and scores contacts before they ever reach the CRM.
Outcome
Live, verified leads instead of raw lists — sales work with data they can trust.

Warp Run

Problem
Build a browser runner that feels like esports: speed, reflexes, leaderboards — and zero tolerance for lag.
System
A Phaser game engine with deterministic physics, an edge backend for leaderboards and anti-abuse, instant start with no install.
Outcome
A game with a steady 60 FPS in the browser and a competitive core that keeps players coming back for daily runs.

04 / PRC — BUILD PROTOCOL

Five stages — zero chaos

Every project runs the same protocol. You always know which stage the system is in and what comes next.

  1. 01 / DIAGNOSE · ≈ 1 week

    Diagnosis

We take apart the business, the audience and the current product. We look not for “design wishes” but for the system's weak spots: where money, trust and users leak out.

    • Task and risk map
    • Success metrics
    • Scope and priorities
  2. 02 / DIRECTION · ≈ 1–2 weeks

    Direction

We form the product and visual hypothesis: positioning, tone, a reference frame and a prototype of the key screen. This is where we decide how the product will feel.

    • Concept and moodboard
    • Key-screen prototype
    • Content structure
  3. 03 / INTERFACE SYSTEM · ≈ 2–3 weeks

    Interface system

We design flows, states and the design system. Not “pretty mockups” but the full kit: from empty states to errors, from mobile to wide screen.

    • UX flows
    • UI kit and tokens
    • Designs for every state
  4. 04 / ENGINEERING · ≈ 3–6 weeks

    Engineering

We turn the system into code: frontend, backend, animation, integrations. Performance budgets and accessibility are requirements, not wishes. We run tests — including under load.

    • Working product
    • Animation and WebGL
    • CI/CD and monitoring
  5. 05 / LAUNCH & ITERATE · ongoing

    Launch & iterate

Release is the start of measurement, not the end of the project. We hook up analytics, watch how real users behave and improve what moves the metrics.

    • Launch and analytics
    • Iteration plan
    • Support and growth

06 / MNF — MANIFESTO

Five principles every project of ours is built on.

An interface isn't a picture. It's a mechanism that sells, explains and retains.

Design without engineering is a mockup. Engineering without design is an admin panel. We ship neither.

Every effect must serve meaning. Anything that doesn't is noise. We cut the noise.

Load speed is a function of respect for the user. A wow-effect doesn't justify 10 seconds of white screen.

A site is a product, not a set of screens. It lives after launch — measured, and growing.
